Remeber if you don't go through this article and go ahead with a procedure with this doctor , it may as well become become the biggest tragedy of your life. I am myself well educated and have huge respect for a doctors profession. what I write below is completely my opinion about my experience of cosemtic surgery and is not meant to defame anyone. I have been completely honest while expressing my opinion below.My complaint is against the facelift procedure.
As you go through this article you will realise that Dr slupchynskyj is not just a very poor surgeon but also a very dishonest person.

1. I was delibrately not warned about all the incisions at the time of consulation. I was misguided about incisions at the time of consultation. only scar that was told to me was in temple and above my ears. After surgery I realise that dr made incisions all around my ears and total length of incisions was more then 30 cm on my face.
2. I was told only of a small scar in temple and above my ears during consultation. After surgery I had big hypertrophic scars all around my ears which persisted even 5 months after surgery.
3. Lots of factors made me not a good candidate for facelift. These were not told to me during consulation.
a. My age - 27 years(at the time of surgery)
b. my skin(brown and thick). Red and white scars were never going to camouflage with my brown skin.
c. I don't have a well defined jaw structure.
d. Being male I prefer to keep short hair, so I can't hide my scars in hair.
e. I have a very thick , dense and coarse beard growth. This was another factor that made me a bad candidate for facelift.my beautiful side burns were comepletely removed without telling me by doctor. This makes my pattern of beard growth look completely unnatural. Even after doing a close shave I grow beard just next to my ears which looks completely unnatural. Slupchynskyj and his team delibrately hide these sideeffects in order to earn money.Still doctor dishonestly claims on his website that beard pattern remains completely natural. Dr looked very optimistic and confident about facelift at the time of consultation and I was given a procedure I never needed.
4. consent letter was shown to me just 2 min before surgery and not during consultation. Consent letter had much more details of risk of surgery. I felt like refusing the surgery but now it was too late as I had handed over the money to doctor and 2 min were left for surgery to start.
5. I had shown my 18 yr old pic to Dr Slupchynskyj at the time of consulation and final skin tightening was nowhere near expectation. Ewa asked and saw my 18 yr old pic many times. she works in his clinic and was present at the time of consultation also. This clearly indiactes that Dr slupchynskyj's staff had the same expectation of skin tightening as mine. This was a complete misguidance as final results were nowhere near expectation.
Dr is well aware that he gave me excessive scars all around my ears still continues with his misguidance as shown on below link of his website.

There were more then 25 people who have inquired whether I met with an accident or caught some infection around my ears after surgery. The following were true reactions of some of my relatives and friends who knew nothing about facelift and met me 5 months after facelift.
1. Are you having some kind of infection all around your ears.
2. Did you get these burns all around your ears from a defective piece of headphone.
3. What happened around your ears. It looks so unnatural. Is it a botched up procedure?
In addition of being a cosmetic problem problem, these scars were also medical problem as they used to keep itching and paining all the time. In fact the scar just behind my ear lobe was as thick as a keloid.
Even Five months after facelift horrible scars still persisted and hardly showed any improvement with time. AFter 5 months I was convinced that facelift had damaged my face beyond proportion and it was not going to improve with time. The only option was to go for a reconstructive surgery and get these scars removed. First I tried laser V-Beam. The scars on my right ears were comparitively less severe and showed improvement with V-Beam. In order to prove that I did go V-Beam tratement, I am attaching the bills on below link.
The scars on my left ear were horribly big and showed only very small improvement with V-Beam. The only way to reomove these scars were to do another surgery. Though Dr oleh slupchynskyj offered me to revise the scar but I refused to go for a surgery with him. he had misguided me beyond proportion and trusting again him would have been even a bigger mistake.
Luckily I consulted an expert surgeon who revised my scars. All the 15 cm long incisions that slupchynskyj made around my left ear were reopened to remove scarred tissue. The expert surgeon had told me during consultation that I should expect only 50% improvement on scars. It has been nearly 3 months since I have undergone revesion and have already shown a scar improvement of 70%. I am hoping as it heals more, final improvement may well be above 90%. The expert surgeon showed a perfect example of honesty, integrity and sincerity. He gave me far more then what he promised during consultation. As per my opinion the expert surgeon is an angel on this earth. This expert surgeon gave me a huge relief from my miseries. To authenticate the fact that I did go scar revesion by this expert surgeon I am attaching the scanned doc below. The doc shows that I had to spent $5000 for the revesion. The very fact that another surgeon was able to give such a huge improvement indicated that I was not that prone to scarring. It was facelift botched up by slupchynskyj that led to so much scarring.
First oleh slupchynskyj gave me a procedure that I never needed. Then to add to my miseries he botched it up as well.
Please don't be tempted by before after pics on internet.
cosmetic surgeons in general are very good in doing computer images of faces that look younger. There does always exist a possibility that the pics posted on net are not actual results but computer image manipulations to draw costumers. I was tempted by before after pics on slupchynskyj's website and later realised that many of these are manipulated and altered as a clever marketing strategy. I had to pay a very heavy price of this by having an unnatural face bothched by slupchynskyj.
This is obviously my opinion and I write this as in my pics there is hardly any skin tightening except scars.
I do agree that no human being is born perfect. probably the day oleh slupchynskyj gave me a facelift was his bad day and that lead him to botch him up the procedure. I don't have serious complaints against that. The bigger issue is dishonesty and unethics. slupchynskyj always knew that I was a very bad candidate for this procedure still he was confident and optimistic about giving it to me. I was confused at the time of consultation whether I should go for it or not. but after seeing the confidence,optimism and encouragement from slupchynskyj and his staff , I decided to trust them. I will strongly recommend that slupchynskyj should not be used for any procedure. As you can see from above that he and his staff are among the most dishonest people. A surgeon who prefers to be dishonest an unethical in one procedure can do so in other procedures as well. It's better to avoid such surgeons who believe in experimenting on people to build up their careers and for money.
In case you or your loved ones are victims of a slupchynskyj, you may do the following.
1. File a law suit. Though it is well known fact that US laws are not strong enough to punish cosmetic surgeons for this mistake. People like Dr slupchynskyj take full adavantage of this loop hole in system to misguide you during consulataion and give you procedure you don't need. Even if final results are nowhere near what was discussed during consultation still it gets difficult to file law suits.
2. File a complaint with department of health. check the below link.

You will need to put some effort as a physical copy needs to be mailed to department of health. but remember this is like a social service. if department of health receives too many complaints, they do initiate investigation.

It's far more easy to lead a good life because of unnatural results from an accident. This is beacuse you learn to accept it something destined for you. On the contrary it is far more difficult to live with unnatural results from a plastic surgery. It's very difficult to explain to people and yourself that you got these unnatural results after paying a huge money to doctor, signing consent letter andd going through so much of pain. When people and you yourself see unnaturality on your face, it's very embrracing to accept the fact that you did this to yourself. We all need to accept the reality that people who opt for surgery are obessed about looking good. when doctors like slupchynskyj give them unnatural face, it makes their life far more difficult.Being experinced in cosmetic surgery slupchynskyj is well aware of this reality, still he continues to give people surgeries that they don't need for money and to build his carrer. No one can predict future but if I live natural life I will live for another 50 yrs, I am sure I won't opt for any cosmetic procedure in future for rest of my life.( though 50 yrs down the line plastic surgery will be advaced enough to make a 78 yr ols person look 18 yr old). though I may go some procedures to make sure that I look natural again.(to remove issues that slupchynskyj gave me.)
I would also like to address slupchynskyj's staff here. His staff need to except the reality that slupchynskyj has a history of dishonesty and botching. In case you are assisting such a surgeon all of you are yourself commiting sins. No human being is born evil. If slupchynskyj has forgotten his responsibility as a doctor, it's your responsibility to make him realise this reality.
I regard my experience with oleh slupchynskyj as biggest tragedy of my life. Unfortunately the criminal responsible for commiting these sins on my face is clever enough to make provisions to escape law. Fortunately I met another angel surgeon who reduced down my miseries to a large extent.
